Annual billing savings are real

Good integration, setup took time

We recently implemented Velora CRM and Donor Management Software. The onboarding process was thorough, though it did take longer than I initially expected to get all our existing donor data migrated over. Their team was responsive to our questions during this phase, and the customer success training sessions were helpful in getting our staff up to speed. We've found the online giving pages easy to customize, and the automated receipting works well, saving us a lot of manual effort. The API integrations with our existing website were pretty smooth too, which was a relief. Overall, the system does what it promises, offering a good unified view of our donor interactions, but be prepared for a bit of a ramp-up during initial setup.

Good for grant management

Used Velora for Grant Management. Setup was quick. Allowed us to track applications and reporting effectively. Interface is clean. Happy with the purchase.

Solid accounting, minor UI issues

We switched to Velora Fund Accounting from a different system primarily for its multi-fund capabilities. On that front, it's been excellent; the financial reporting is robust and GAAP compliant, which is crucial for us. The bank reconciliation feature also works very well. My only minor critique is that some parts of the user interface for budgeting tools felt a little clunky at first. It's not a deal-breaker, and we've gotten used to it, but there's room for improvement in terms of intuitiveness for new users. Customer support has been helpful when we've needed them, especially with some of the more complex financial setups.

Consistent performance for us

This was our third year with Velora, mainly using their Volunteer Management and Impact Reporting features. They've been very consistent. Each year, the platform performs reliably, and I haven't encountered any major downtime or issues. The updates they roll out usually enhance features without disrupting our workflow, which is important for our small team. It's just a solid, dependable tool that keeps getting the job done for us.
